Una ragazza indiana di 27 anni è stata bruciata viva dal cognato in un villaggio dello Stato di Uttar Pradesh per aver opposto resistenza ad un suo tentativo di stuprarla. Lo riferisce oggi l’agenzia di stampa Pti.
La polizia ha riferito che il delitto è avvenuto la notte scorsa nel villaggio di Labhari dove Neelam, giovane vedova, viveva da sola. La donna, si è appreso, è morta quasi subito perché nessuno ha potuto soccorrerla spegnendo le fiamme. Il padre della vittima ha presentato una denuncia e gli agenti cercano un uomo di nome Jetendra.
