I leader repubblicani al Congresso degli Stati Uniti hanno deciso di rimuovere da tutti i suoi incarichi nelle commissioni parlamentari il deputato Steve King, finito nella bufera per alcune sue affermazioni considerate razziste.
In una intervista al New York Times, King aveva detto: “Suprematisti bianchi, nazionalisti bianchi, come è possibile che questo sia divenuto un’offesa?”. Una gaffe che non e’ stata gradita dai vertici del suo partito.
