Bruxelles ha lanciato una procedura d’infrazione contro la Polonia per la “legge approvata il 14 febbraio che apporta modifiche al funzionamento del sistema giudiziario, col serio rischio di un controllo politico del sistema”. Lo annuncia la vicepresidente dell’Esecutivo Ue, Vera Jurova. “Il virus non può uccidere la democrazia”, ha affermato Jurova, invitando Varsavia ad “affrontare le preoccupazioni” sullo stato di diritto della Commissione Ue. La Polonia ha due mesi per rispondere.
